Legal actions, applicable regulations and jurisdiction:

LIFE & SEA also reserves the right to present civil or court actions that they consider necessary for the improper use use of their web site and its contents, or for the non compliance to the present conditions.

The relationship between the user and the lender Will be governed by the regulation in force and that applicable in the Spanish territory. Cancellation policy and refund terms:

The user is entitled to a refund of the booking amount under the following terms and conditions:

Cancellations must be reported in writing, by sending an email to mjyepez@lifeandsea.com. Cancellations informed by any other means will not be accepted. The email must contain all the details of the booking, including: name of the activity, name and surname of the person who has made the purchase, bank account number to which the refund is to be made, date and booking number.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the activity will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations within the last 24 hours before the start of the activity will not be refunded.

In case of delay at the meeting point our guides will always wait for a reasonable time. After this time we will unfortunately have to continue with the excursion and you will lose the excursion without the possibility of a refund. 

Cancellation policy:  LIFE & SEA reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event/route if there are not enough people registered, weather conditions or any other cause beyond Life and Sea's control. In these cases, payments received for bookings will be fully refunded without the express possibility of any other type of compensation.

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment chosen by the client and may take up to 7 days to become effective. But it is true that we try to make them as soon as possible.
