Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I get to Arenal?
You can arrive by bus (click the link to see how to get there from Palma Center). You can also drive, but keep in mind the traffic and finding parking in the area. We recommend to park around Son Veri Nou area.
2. How do I get to the boarding area?
Access is through the Arenal beach, right at the end of the beach, next to Club Nautico, look for our boarding office by the gates walking towards the sea.
3. Where can I leave my belongings when I enter the activity?
We have lockers divided by activity in a private area of the port, our team will instruct you.
4. Is it necessary to know how to swim?
Yes, for activities such as (aqua rocket, banana, jet ski and parasailing) it is mandatory to know how to swim or have notions.
5. I don’t know how to swim, what activity can I do?
If you like speed, we recommend the Speed Boat. But if you want something quieter, we invite you to our Boat Tour and Catamaran.
6. Do I have to go to the activities with a document or passport?
Only if you are going to jet ski, since you must sign a contract before starting.
General conditions
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled boarding time.
- The client will lose the right to any claim, return or reimbursement if they do not show up at the meeting point and at the time indicated on the day of the activity and when they voluntarily abandon the route once it has started.
All activities are shared.
- In fast activities (speed boat, aqua rocket, jet ski, parasailing and banana boat) it is completely forbidden to board with backpacks, mobile phones, glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc.
- To access the water activities it is necessary to know how to swim.
- Forbidden to bring drinks on board.
- The routes and schedules of the activities may be affected for meteorological and/or technical reasons, or even be suspended, without the right to any compensation.
Flexible Cancelation
- The client can cancel his reservation up to 24 hours in advance.
- The routes and schedules of the activities may be affected for meteorological and/or technical reasons, or even be suspended, without the right to any compensation.
- The skipper of the boat will be the one who makes the decision to accept or reject the client for safety reasons in the activity (build/age, weather, disability or pregnancy).
